2. I may withdraw my consent to the communication or disclosure of my personal information to Hydro-Québec or Hilo at any time by contacting HydroSolution (https://www.hydrosolution.com/en/contact-us/) or the personal information officer whose contact information is listed in the privacy policy.

In view of the preceding, it is understood that I consent that the personal information I provide in this form:
