Parts and labour warranties

All our installations are carried out by electricians who are members of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec (CMEQ). Purchasing your charging station comes with a 3- or 5-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labour. When you rent a charging station, the warranty depends on the duration of your contract, which is either 4 or 8 years. Moreover, you can also take advantage of a renewable monthly service contract at the rate in effect at the end of your rental agreement.
