ACCOUNT NUMBER

You will need your account number to sign up for the Customer Centre and to take advantage of our online services. Your account number may also be needed for identification purposes while speaking to a customer service representative.

YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This section includes the services to which you are registered for and the costs related to each product and/or service.

In this section, you will also find your discounts and credits, if applicable.

BILLING PERIOD

Corresponds to the billing period of the products and/or services.

LOCATION ADDRESS

You will find the address of the product’s location, the type of the product and the cost of the rental.

YOUR ADDRESS

This is the billing address. In some cases, this address may be different from the one where the equipment was installed.
