Optimal ventilation A new and improved fan design delivers higher performance with lower energy consumption and whisper-quiet operation as low as 23 dB. Airflow up to 583 CFM delivers greater temperature stability throughout the conditioned space.
Base heating element The outdoor unit comes equipped with a base heating element that produces heat even in extremely cold temperatures. When outdoor temperatures fall below 0°C, the base heating element is activated in order to prevent condensation from freezing. Without a base heating element, frozen condensate can cause noise, damage the condenser coil, break fan blades, and reduce overall system performance.
