I understand that:

1. this consent is not limited in time and will only cease when I remove my information from the mailing list. However, if I remove my information from the mailing list and HydroSolution must continue to communicate with me by CEM to follow up on my obligations in accordance with a transaction or order – including ensuring the payment of the amount due for the transaction or order – HydroSolution will be able to continue communicating with me for these purposes, despite my withdrawal, to protect its rights.
